Refund policy

Brooklyn Kaiju Refund Policy

We allow returns within 14 days of receiving your item, but we cannot accept returns on clothing items or editioned luxury art prints. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you would like to start a return, please contact us at sales@brooklynkaiju.com. We will provide you with a return address and, if your return is accepted, a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that we will not accept items that are returned without prior authorization.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can address the issue.

Please be advised that some payment processors may charge you a fee for a return transaction.
