Thank you for your support of Brooklyn Kaiju! As a one-person operation, I handle all aspects of the business, from creating and designing products to packaging and shipping orders. While I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, please understand that shipping times may not be as fast as those of larger retailers. However, I assure you that I put a lot of thought, care, and effort into fulfilling your order.

Orders will be fulfilled within 7 business days of the order date. Please note that additional time may be needed for shipping.

Some apparel and accessories are made to order and are pressed in-house. Please allow additional time for these items to be prepared.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
